The Indian Hills Estates subdivision, encompassing 119 residential lots, is located on the West side of The Village of Elm Grove, WI, bordered primarily by Juneau Boulevard, Highland Drive and Hillside Road. As one of the oldest suburban subdivisions in SE Wisconsin, this beautiful neighborhood is recognized for its well-landscaped lots, mature trees, curved streets and appealing variety of architectural styles including Craftsman, Prairie Style, Modern, Revival, Tudor and more.  A short walk to Village Park and the downtown Elm Grove business district, Indian Hills is a gem of a community in Elm Grove and suburban SE Wisconsin.
Halloween 2020
Trick or Treat in Elm Grove will take place on Saturday, October 31 from 5 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.  Please see CDC guidelines for a fun and safe Halloween.  If you do not want to participate, please keep lights off.  We recommend that all participating homes and trick-or-treaters wear masks and practice social distancing.  
HOA Architectural Review Committee Meeting
HOA Architectural Review committee meetings take place on the second Thursday of each month at 7 p.m.  Until further notice, meetings will be conducted online.
Residents undergoing building projects are invited to present building and/or landscaping plans and discuss with the HOA Architectural Committee as part of the approval process.  HOA approval is required as part of the Indian Hills Estates Declaration of Restrictions and ByLaws (see FORMS).

Mandel Group / SSND Q&A for Indian Hillls Estates Residents
Village President Neil Palmer will be conducting a Q & A session for Indian Hills Estates residents on Tuesday, October 20th from 6 - 7 p.m. to answer questions and share information about the proposed Mandel Group - School Sisters of Notre Dame development project.  The Q & A session will be held at Western Racquet Club and will be socially distanced. Please RSVP to Kim Irwin if you plan to attend to ensure we have adequate space - Masks required.
