The Indian Hills Estates subdivision, encompassing 119 residential lots, is located on the West side of The Village of Elm Grove, WI, bordered primarily by Juneau Boulevard, Highland Drive and Hillside Road. As one of the oldest suburban subdivisions in SE Wisconsin, this beautiful neighborhood is recognized for its well-landscaped lots, mature trees, curved streets and appealing variety of architectural styles including Craftsman, Prairie Style, Modern, Revival, Tudor and more.  A short walk to Village Park and the downtown Elm Grove business district, Indian Hills is a gem of a community in Elm Grove and suburban SE Wisconsin.
HOA Architectural Review Committee Meeting
HOA Architectural Review committee meetings take place on the second Thursday of each month at 7 p.m.  Until further notice, meetings will be conducted online.
 
Residents undergoing building projects are invited to present building and/or landscaping plans and discuss with the HOA Architectural Committee as part of the approval process.  HOA approval is required as part of the Indian Hills Estates Declaration of Restrictions and ByLaws (see FORMS).

Holiday Caroling Event - NEW DATE Sunday 12/12
Due to weather, our holiday caroling event has been pushed back to Sunday, 12/12 from 5 - 7 pm. Children will ride in a horse-pulled, holiday lights wagon while adults walk alongside. Meet in front of 14470 Woodlawn Circle.  Wagon will take a route that goes right on Greenway Terrace, right on Hillside, right on Woodlawn Circle, right on Sunset, left on Westover, left on Greenway and then back to the starting point on Woodlawn Circle.  Please email Tina Schulz by 12/1 if you are planning to participate in caroling or if you live on the route and would like the wagon to stop by! tbiffel@hotmail.com
